2009 Commemoration of the November 4 at the Monument of the Fallen

November 4 are held throughout Italy in the ceremonies to commemorate November 4, 1918, when Italy went out '"victorious" from the First World War. With this message we want to devote space to the victims of World War I, who paid with their lives the cost of war useless.

The 4th of November was a recurrence set from fascism to transform the victims of a ruthless war in unintended and brave heroes who sacrificed themselves for their country. War memorials were built and teachers were asked to celebrate the armed forces. This heritage 'is not sufficiently been subjected to criticism with the advent of the Republic.

Anything not told us on November 4
World War I cost 'Italy 650,000 dead and a million maimed and injured many more' than were the inhabitants of Trento and Trieste, territories obtained with the victory of the war, who were already 'been promised to Italy by Austria in exchange for non-belligerence
