THE FESTIVAL OF TWO WORLDS

The Festival of Two Worlds in Spoleto was founded in 1958 by the will of the Italian-American composer Giancarlo Menotti who wants to organize an event of union between the Italian and American culture. The Exhibition Market of the Gaite takes its inspiration from a division of Bevagna in four districts named Gaite which was based on the 'administrative organization of the city in medieval times
